I spent over a decade teaching and working in learning environments, which shaped how I think about what actually helps people learn. I saw firsthand how much structure matters and how easily learning can fall apart when it doesn’t feel connected to real life.

After becoming a stay at home mom, I found myself wanting a creative outlet that still felt meaningful. I wanted to keep using my background in teaching and learning, but in a way that fit this season of my life. Creating courses became a way to do that while building something flexible and sustainable.

This work brings together teaching, learning, and creativity in a way that feels personal to me. I create courses that people can actually use and share without needing much more. Learning happens alongside everything else, and that idea sits at the center of Rooted Courses.
